Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days and delivered within 10-30 days, depending on which partner warehouse your item ships from. Made-to-order items like printed mugs and wall art are produced at the facility closest to you and usually arrive sooner. If anything is taking longer than expected, message us and we will chase it straight away.

We currently ship physical orders to the UK and the US: a flat £4.99 for UK delivery and a flat £9.99 for US delivery, added at checkout. Digital products (guides, planner packs and printable art) are different: they are delivered by email, anywhere in the world, with no delivery charge.

Our products ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses, which is how we keep the range wide and prices fair. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels at slightly different times. That is completely normal and costs you nothing extra.

Our guides, planner packs and printable wall art are digital PDFs. As soon as your payment goes through, you receive an email with your download link, so there is no delivery charge and nothing to wait for. You can pay with debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or Klarna. All payments run through Shopify's secure checkout, so your card details are never seen or stored by us.

You have 30 days from the day your item arrives to return it for a refund. Just get in touch through our Contact page and we will walk you through it. One exception: digital downloads cannot be refunded once purchased, as the files are delivered instantly.
